Welcome! I’m Amy Cronin and I've been teaching yoga for over 17 years. My own yoga journey began back in 2001 when my husband and I joined a 6-week group yoga session. After just one class, I was hooked and knew this was the beginning of a lifelong practice. 7 years later, driven by a passion to share yoga and all its benefits, I completed my 200-hour teacher certification through Cleveland Yoga in 2008.
Yoga quickly became more than just a workout. It became my "me-time," a way to care for my body and mind. It has helped me build strength, ease stress, and support my overall well-being.
Over the years, I’ve worked with students of all ages and stages of life, but something shifted when I entered perimenopause in my 40's. The changes in my body, energy, and strength were real, and I saw a need for a practice that went beyond just “modifying” yoga for this stage of life.
That's why I created Vinpausa, a blend of vinyasa yoga, strength, resistance training and mindful movement designed specifically to support women through all stages of menopause and beyond.
You can join me online for my live 60 minute vinyasa flow classes, which are a great way to start your day with presence, energy, and a bit of sweat. Or, if you're a woman starting to experience the changes that come with perimenopause, late-stage perimenopause, or post-menopause, Vinpausa is here to support you.

How do I join a live ZOOM class?
Once you sign up, you’ll receive a Zoom link and all the details by email. Just roll out your mat, click the link, and join from the comfort of your home.
What are the live Zoom classes like?
The live classes are 60-minute vinyasa flow sessions taught live over Zoom. My classes are designed around connecting breath with movement, building core strength, and finding balance in a fun, accessible way. You’ll flow through dynamic sequences that build strength and stability, with plenty of options to skip the vinyasa and do what feels good in your body. Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, you'll find modifications to suit your practice, all while having fun and staying connected to your breath. All levels are welcome!
What is Vinpausa?
Vinpausa is a fusion of vinyasa flow, strength and resistance training, and mindful movement. It’s designed to support you through all stages of menopause and beyond, helping you build strength, stability, and confidence in your body. We add the use of light hand weights and resistance bands to the flow, but not required.
Is Vinpausa only for those experiencing menopause or can anyone join?
Anyone can join Vinpausa! While the Vinpausa program was created to help counter muscle and bone density loss and support the many symptoms that can arise during the different stages of menopause, its blend of vinyasa flow with strength and resistance training offers benefits for all bodies at any stage of life.
What’s included in the Vinpausa membership?
With a Vinpausa membership, you’ll get unlimited access to an on-demand video library of Vinpausa classes and the 60-minute ZOOM replays. New content is added regularly, so you’ll always have fresh ways to move, breathe, and build strength—on your own schedule.
Can I join both Vinpausa and live classes?
Absolutely! Many members enjoy combining the structure of live vinyasa classes with the flexibility of the Vinpausa on-demand library membership.
Where do you teach in-person on Saturdays?
I teach in person at John Carroll University's Fitness Studio in University Heights, Ohio. Feel free to join me if you live nearby!
What equipment do I need?
For the live ZOOM vinyasa classes, just your mat and some comfy clothes. Yoga blocks, straps and blankets are optional.
For Vinpausa, light handweights (1lb,2lb, 3lb or even heavier as you progress) and resistance loops are helpful-but not required. I offer variations with and without equipment.
